Staring at the distant June

June, the month of my solo show, is a ways away, but I need to start thinking of it now. I want to do some large pieces and start them early so I can really spend some time on them. Here is one, a 24"x36" piece.


It stars Mr. Arbordeer and Hector, one of his descendants. If I follow through with what I have planned now, the story will be one of malice and arrogance, both topics my work hasn't addressed.
It's still early to tell, but I'm liking where it is now.
